Returns & Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it. Our address is:

After we receive your return package, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, your refund will be processed as a store credit that can be used at onetrackcolorado.com.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at One Track Colorado's discretion.

Damage Policy
If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us right away at sales@onetrackcolorado.com and please provide photos of damage, including packaging, product, etc. We will be happy to get a replacement item out to you right away! Stickers will ship within one business day. Clothing and accessories will ship 2 - 7 business days from the date of your request.

- All product designs were created by One Track Colorado. No form of reproduction is permitted. This includes photocopying, scanning & printing, tracing & digitalizing, etc.
- Images of our products cannot be distributed on their own or as an individual item in a kit in any way.
